Chickpea Turmeric Lemon Dressing

This one is a great one to try. Lasts 5 days in the fridge and you can freeze it for future occasions. I had left over hummus that I had made and did not want it to go to waste. With the recent inflammation I have been incurring, my naturopath recommended loading on Turmeric; low and behold the creation of this lovely dressing. I hope you enjoy as much as I do.
Ingredients
(Serves 4-6)
¾ Cups Hummus (regular and not seasoned)
2 Tbsp Organic Honey
½ Lemon juice + 2 Tbsp of Lemon zest
1 Tbsp Apple cinder vinegar
2 Tbsp organic turmeric powder
A dash – about 1 tsp of cinnamon
¼ cup Avocado Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
How To:
1. Combine all ingredients and amalgamate well.
