My Killer Low Fat Ceasar Dressing
Recipe
For a Large Salad serving 4 people
Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
1 ½ cups Low Fat Greek Yogurt
2 generous Tbsp of Parmigiano Reggiano (and more for topping if you wish)
½ Lemon juice
1 tsp of Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
¼ Cup of dry White Wine (Add more if it’s too thick)
Lots of Fresh Ground Pepper
About 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Optional, ¼ cup slivered anchovies (My favorite)
How To:
1. Combine and be the sexy mixologist you know you are until it becomes well amalgamated.
2. Mix in salad and sprinkle more Parmigiano over it if you wish, Anchovies as per preference.
