Tahini Maple Dressing over Kale

This one is a great one to try. Lasts 5 days in the fridge and you can freeze it for future occasions. Can also be a great marinate for Chicken.
Ingredients:
(Serves 4-6)
Dressing:
1/3 Cup Tahini
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp organic turmeric powder
A dash – about 1 tsp of cinnamon
¼ cup Avocado Oil (may need more if it is too thick)
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Kale:
1 Large Bunch Kale, washed, stemmed removed and chopped.
¼ Cup roasted pine nuts
2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
1 Cup Water
Salt & Pepper to taste

How To:
1. Combine all ingredients and amalgamate well.
2. In a large pan on medium, add the avocado oil and pinenuts and saute them a few minutes. Then add the kale, season and stir. Then add the water and cook until ready. (About 8-10 minutes)
3. Lather on a dish and drizzle the dressing.
