Madison’s Buttered Thyme Carrots

Recipe
In the simplest of dishes, a tradition is born serving memories and a smile.
 
Ingredients:
 
About 12-15 small carrots. Peeled and whole
½ stick of butter
Fresh thyme
Coarse Sea Salt & Pepper
 
How To: 
1. In a medium saucepan, bring your water to a boil. Add salt, then add your whole small carrots. Let
cook for 15 minutes.
 
2. Rince in cold water to stop the cooking. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
 
3. As they are steaming, add the butter and allow it to melt, stirring gently.

4. Lather in a flat dish. Sprinkle coarse sea salt & fresh ground pepper. Final touch; Fresh Thyme.
